Customer Satisfaction 2018


Enterprise è da sempre impegnata nel migliorare i propri Prodotti e Servizi alle Banche-Clienti.

Enterprise has always been committed to improving its Products and Services to the Customer-Banks.

With this intention, it launched the Customer Satisfation 2018 survey which, for the first time, took place electronically, anonymously, through the use of our company portal.

91% of our Customer-Banks responded to the 2018 Customer Satisfaction.

The themes of the survey were the following:

  • “Products” area
  • “Services” area
  • “Help Desk” area
