Founder & CEO
She graduated in Mathematics from the University of Naples Federico II. Joined the Enterprise team when the company was just starting. thanks to a solid know-how acquired in nine years of experience in the commercial sector at Engineering Group and strong entrepreneurial skills she immediately became a key element of the company. She demonstrated her abilities to the point that today Marisa Casale holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company. Enterprise (www.ent4bank.it) is a company founded in Rome in 1995 born from the merger with a Limited Liability Company of Milan in the 90s. It has developed thanks to an important experience in the software for the management of payment systems. Marisa Casale has followed and then guided the entire evolutionary path of the company, achieving exciting results, to the point that today she has the major National Banks among her customers. Over the years, Enterprise has shown the banking world that is able to establish itself and support an important expansion process, to the point that today in Italy in addition to its headquarters in Rome, it has branches in Milan and Turin. on her debut in the world of banking software, the company was specialized in solutions and consulting related to operations on international payment systems. Subsequently, the changeover to the euro in 2000 represented an important opportunity to offer Enterprise know-how in a broader sense, from training to strategic consulting. A large share of credits goes to Marisa Casale who, with her collaborators knew how to respect the time and quality desired by the banking market. From there to the realization of an important platform able to satisfy a significant part of customer needs, the pitch was short. PREMIA was born, a back-office technology platform. One of the characteristics of Enterprise, the outcome of the pioneering spirit of Marisa Casale, is to never lose contact with the customer's needs. especially when these needs tend to change and are not immediately understandable. As evidence of this, Enterprise has found a fertile ground in newborn businesses connected to e-banking to respond to unpublished requests and needs of banks. PLATONE was developed, a software platform for e-banking. The true entrepreneurial spirit is recognized by the ability to build continuously, in order to consolidate on one side and grow on the other. After the last success, it was necessary to structure differently to be ready in terms of size as well as know-how. A physical expansion of the company was necessary. A new and futuristic headquarters in Rome, wanted with courage and determination. A full-fledged headquarters, but also a large research laboratory to develop the innovative products desired by the customers. In her medium to long term vision, Marisa Casale wanted the headquarters also as an observatory. A physical place where the customers, in a suitable environment in terms of structures and atmosphere, could express their needs and requirements. Filiberto Salvioni
He was born in 1951 near Rome. today even more than ever, thanks to thirty years of experience gained through leading roles in managerial positions held in different areas and companies he is recognized as an IT Expert in the Banking world. After completing his studies he began his first experience in the banking world in Credito Italiano Bank, where he was able to enter into his procedural and process meanders for the first time. he immediately showed his abilities to the point that he joined IPACRI, where he held the position of Head of Foreign Area Services. During this important period, he has had the opportunity to grow significantly and to lead a specialized team through numerous installations in over ninety national Banks, such as Banca Carige, Banco Popolare, Credito Valtellinese, Cedacri and others. He accumulated great experience and professionalism through the variety and complexity of these installations to the point of being considered one of the experts in the sector. with these experiences he proved to be invaluable in the labor market, and all this allowed him to join Iccrea Banca in the Organization Area where he followed the developments of internal Banking Procedures and supporting the BCCs for three years. so, he had the opportunity to design relevant evolutions of the Information System and install different Market applications and implement applications aimed at the management of second level Banks, with his team. He then returned to IPACRI as Head of the Foreign Service and International Payments Area. All the experiences led him to the realization of applications that have been installed and used also abroad both in Mainframe and Departmental Environments. In 1997 aware of the unquestionable abilities demonstrated in different areas and situations, he considered that the time has come to enter Enterprise S.p.A., attracted by the great challenge that this company has just launched in the banking sector. Enterprise (www.ent4bank.it), is a company founded in 1995, on the wings of an experience strongly focused on software for the management of national and international payment systems. the entrance of Salvioni represents a true leap of mentality. he goes from being a manager of a big corporate mechanism, to be the real pilot of the company, with the opportunities and risks that come with it. Today, thanks to his knowledge and determination and attention to detail, Salvioni holds the position of General Manager in Enterprise. Filiberto Salvioni, in twenty years of management in Enterprise constantly followed the development and growth of the Company which today can boast the major National Banks among its Customers. And not satisfied by its national dimension, he carried out numerous installations in Foreign Markets. During its path, Enterprise has seen continuous growth over the years that can be considered truly satisfying. Today, in addition to the Rome office, Enterprise has branches in Milan and Turin. During 2014 opened to the Middle East market with the Subsidiary KBS "Kafi Banking Software" in Dubai which operates throughout the MENA area. Filiberto Salvioni has always played a decisive role in every step of Enterprise since his arrival in the company until today.
Raffaele Di Caterino
He began his first professional experience in 1988 in the field of tax consultancy at a leading consulting firm. in 1992 he moved to Rome, and began his activity, always in a consulting firm, gaining experiences in the Administration, Tax and Human Resources area. In 2008 he was assumed by Enterprise and took over all the activities related to the Accounting, Administrative, Tax and Budget Area of all the Group companies. He then became the Manager of the Administrative and Financial Area. Since 2017 he also has the responsibility of managing Human Resources department which is added to the previous Responsibilities.
Antonino Torrentelli
He began his career in 1981 with an experience in the IT sector at a major bank. In 1988 he joined a Software Company where he initially held various positions in the IT sector. Since 1991, he held the position of Sales Manager and subsequently Director of Operations and finally the Deputy General Manager. In 2008 he joined the Commercial Management of Enterprise to support the Company's General Management in sales activities and to promote Products and Business Solutions. Subsequently he became the manager of Sales Department of the Company.
Loredana Grande
She joined Enterprise Team in 1998 with increasing duties and responsibilities. she gained significant experience in coordinating the resources assigned for Secretarial and Building Management activities. In relation to her position, she refers directly to the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer.

Joined Enterprise as an Analyst-Programmer in 1998. He has been gradually involved in various Business Units in the Production area. Over the years he gained experience in field of analysis, programming, multiple software environments and through the most common modeling and coding languages. He participated in institutional courses published by the same vendors of the topic study products (SWIFT, Sun Microsystems Italia SpA, etc.). he Provided consultancy service on RNI networks to Swift. He gained experience in Project Management, coordinating the go-live of multiple business products at different customers. Marco Franza
Work experience: He began his first work experience in IT consulting at Softlab Company in 1990. After 1 year he was hired as Information technology specialist by one of the leading companies in the national market, Ipacri. He worked at Ipacri (later acquired by Elsag - Finmeccanica now Leonardo) for 30 years and gained a vast technical and functional experience. he has had roles of increasing responsibility in development and installation of Products and Projects in the National Banking sector. From February 1997 he became part of the International group and has been involved for a long time in the migration and implementation project of the entire Core Banking of "Al Rajhi Bank" in Saudi Arabia, the largest Islamic Bank in the world. In 2007 he was responsible for the project of opening a new bank of “Al Rajhi Bank” group in Malaysia, he covered both functional and organizational parts and the result led him to to become the head of International Banking area. In 2016 he accepted the challenge of the new company KBS "Kafi Banking Software" in Dubai as COO, and in addition to Saudi Arabia and Malaysia he also focused on the Iranian market and gained further experience with top level management of local universities and also the Iranian Stock Exchange in various projects. In 2020, KBS has been absorbed by Enteprise S.p.A., where he holds the role of Director of international area, always open to new challenges.
Luigi De Pace
He began his first work experience in 1983 in information technology consulting. After two years he joind a leading information technology company until 2000. In this period, he took on roles of growing responsibility in the Products development and in the conduct of Projects in Banking and Industrial sector. Joined Enterprise in February 2000. He participated in important projects as Manager, coordinating the various work groups involved in the installation of Products at Customer Banks. He assumed the role of Customer Service Manager for assigned customers and subsequently the position of Project & Delivery Manager dedicated to Product Installation and Delivery Services for Customer Banks.

Vincenzo Antonio Chimenti
After graduating in Economics, began his first work experience as an Insurance and Financial Consultant with leading companies. he joined Enterprise in 2001 as Banking Analyst and has had the opportunity to participate in the creation of different products. since 2006 he assumed responsibility for the Banking Help Desk, for Outsourcing activities provided to Client Banks. He has gained experience in Trade Finance as a Credimpex partner. Over the years he also participated in product installation projects acquired with customer banks. in this context, he has carried out the training activities for bank staff, with the preparation of documents in support of banking products supplied. he participated in the SALs, as the person in charge of the pre-start Test Factory and on-site post-start assistance. as an expert he provides general advice to the entire Banking Department of the Foreign Area.
Carlo Attura
He began his career in 1985, collaborating with several Software Companies in mainframe technologies. During his work experience he assumed various roles and as Project Manager for the development of software products. He collaborated with large public, private and credit institutions (Aeritalia, Banco Santo Spirito, ASST, Alitalia, IMI, Telecom, Medio Credito Umbro, Banca Popolare di Verona, etc.). These experiences allowed him to have a multifaceted vision of the different business organizations. in 2000 he joined the Enterprise Team as assistant manager for the development and maintenance of the new Platform Pr.E.M.I.A. designed for foreign operations management. In this context, he managed a work group responsible for all the phases of realization, maintenance and installation / assistance at the Client bank. He has participated as a manager in the ISO Certification of Business Processes and in data security. From the beginning of 2019 he is responsible for the Trade & Finance sector of the Pr.E.M.I.A. Platform for maintenance and evolutionary activities of the product, taking care of the assistance of a wide range of Banking Institutes.
Mariano Ceraso
He graduated in Computer Science from the University of Pisa. In 1985 he began his working career in the banking software sector. as an expert in banking information systems, he has significant experience in managing the various life cycles of software management (design, implementation, integration with other subsystems, implementation and technical and banking post-start assistance). he joined the Enterprise group in 1998 and gradually took on increasing roles. since 2003 coordinates the start-up activities of the Pr.E.M.I.A at various consortium centers of Italian banks. he also manages different merger and migration projects in the banking sector. He Participate in the creation of the company laboratory for software production and management. Manages various working groups related to the Platform Pr.E.M.I.A.
Gianluca Luciani
After a brilliant scholastic excursus, graduated in Statistics at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome. He became a very young member of the Enterprise team and since 2001, he has been playing an increasing role in starting up various products at Italian banks. he participated in the realization of important products in the Payment Systems Area with different roles. He currently leads the UniPay Payment Hub Service, where he manages all payment methods, both Euro and Currencies, with a Framework certified by Swift for several years. In this capacity, he coordinates the analysis, development and certification team for all new payment services.
Andrea Berardi
He began his career in the Information Technology sector in 1982. the common thread of all his work experiences is the Banking Sector.in these experiences he always dedicated his commitment and passion to support, manage and combine customer needs with the proposed solutions. One of his most significant experiences is the training process in leading companies, where he was able to tackle various issues and cover different roles and tasks, following both technical and functional aspects directly with the Customers. in 2006 he joined the Enterprise Team, where he is Head of the "Innovation Banking Factory" Area. In this context, in addition to the Innovation Laboratory, the resources assigned have the task of managing Core Banking system used both in Italy and abroad. This aria takes care of the development of new products based on the needs of the Market and / or regulatory requirements, the maintenance activities of the installed applications, the management of the application outsourcing for Customer Banks, support and functional assistance.
Orazio Di Nunzio
He began his professional experience in the field of information technology in 1998 at a company of the auto parts distribution in FIAT group. since 2000 he worked as an IT manager for the accounting system at a German multinational in the sector of production and sale of auto components. since 2003 he worked in a computer consultancy company and in this context, he has had the opportunity to participate, as a manager of the legacy transferor system, in the project to migrate IVECO's accounting system to SAP. In 2005 he joined the Enterprise Team as Vice Manager of the Banking Process Factory Area and in this context, he developed and maintained all the batch services of the Company as well as their assistance with Customers. Today holds the role of Head of Maintenance Batch of the Platform Pr.E.M.I.A.
Massimiliano D'Amore
Joined Enterprise in 2001 as a Java and Dynasty developer, he held the positions of responsibility in several important projects, first as a Developer Manager, then as a Solution Architect. Thanks to the successes achieved, over the following years he received more and more significant assignments in the company. He deals with the management of the Swift platform for the network, SAG and SAA and manages the IT and Technological Infrastructure area.
