The product SITAS Suite “Shareholders & Meeting” which allows, in a fully integrated environment, the management of Members and Shareholders’ Meetings, has been successfully launched for Banca di Asti on 10th July.
The solution was installed at the Cedacri outsourcer.
The SITAS Suite “Shareholders & Meeting” stands out for the technological innovation (JAVA / Oracle) and for the complete coverage of the application components, which however includes various automatic elaborations.
It is also equipped with the “Long distance Voting” components through all the devices availabe on both the Internet and Mobile channels.
The Live Streaming of the Assembly is currently being released, in a fully integrated manner.
