Enterprise participated at the fourth edition of LEAP 2025 held at the Riyadh Exhibition Convention Center (Saudi Arabia), one of the most important events in the Middle East dedicated to technological innovation, that brought together more than 1,500 exhibitors and 1,000 speakers and saw the participation of over 215,000 visitors from all over the world.
During the 4 days of the Exhibition among the several innovative initiatives, revolutionary investments were announced in infrastructures based on artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, the latter proposed with wide space by the “big names” of the sector.
Among those many initiatives, the following stand out:
- Huawei which, present since September 2023 with “Cloud Riyadh Region” serving over 1,000 customers and 300 partners in the government, financial, media and e-commerce sectors, has committed to investing 400 million dollars over the next five years in order to promote a robust digital ecosystem.
- Groq and Aramco Digital’s $1.5 billion partnership to expand AI-powered cloud computing infrastructure, aiming to position the country as a central hub for AI innovation in the region to offer services to customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
- The Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Google Cloud announced a strategic partnership in October 2024 to create a global artificial intelligence (AI) hub in Saudi Arabia, followed by Accenture, which is collaborating with Google Cloud to extend their joint Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to Saudi Arabia, to provide organizations with cutting-edge solutions, products and industry resources, including generative AI agents.
All topics on which Enterprise is present, demonstrating how the continuous updating of its platforms is in line with the investment strategies in the area of technological innovation (and, in the case of the cloud, it has even anticipated them in some extend), not only in our country but also in countries close to us, in which it has already participated in various projects and where there is enormous potential growth in the years ahead.
